Q. How much does an event cost at Wolfe Canyon Ranch?


A. Pricing varies depending on the day of the week along with your head count. We do charge an additional $10 per person over the initial contracted amount.


Q. Can I bring in my own outside catering?


A. Wolfe Canyon Ranch provides a Preferred Vendor List. You are welcome to use a caterer outside this list. We do require proof of insurance and will schedule a walk through prior to your event date.


Q. Can we do a site tour of Wolfe Canyon Ranch?


A. Yes, by appointment only. Please contact Jenelle to book your tour at info@wolfecanyonranch.com


Q. How long will we have the venue for?


A. Our day events (prior to 3:00 p.m.) are for 3 hours total. Our evening events (after 3:00 p.m.) are for 5 hours. You can purchase additional overtime.


Q. Do we offer Day-Of coordination?


A. Yes, we do offer day-of coordination but limit the number of weddings/events each year.


Q. Do we host multiple events a day?


A. No, we will only host one event a day here at our property. Call us today to check on availability!
